My goal is to help you learn the connection between your mind and body by exploring triggers, nutrition, sleep patterns, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, attitudes, the effects of trauma, self-care, coping skills etc.
I can teach you healthy ways to cope with life stressors and problems so that you can feel good about yourself and take control of your life. I have successfully and collaboratively worked with many individuals and families in navigating through life’s challenges and I can help you too!
