As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through some of the most challenging and transformative moments of their lives.I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where both the therapist and the client work together to achieve the client's goals. My areas of specialization include trauma, pregnancy/postpartum, pregnancy loss, relationship challenges and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples of diverse backgrounds. I have a certification in CPT for PTSD and have training in CBT, EFT, MI and Mindfulness. I use a holistic approach tailored to each individual.
