I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Substance Abuse Counselor and Certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional. My counseling approach is personalized to meet your specific needs. I utilize an integrated approach which includes Trauma Informed Care, Person Centered Therapy, CBT, Narrative Therapy, aromatherapy, Tai Chi and I'm trained in EMDR.
