I offer client-centered, compassionate, trauma-informed therapy, anchored in relational and somatic theory. I often utilize interventions and psychoeducation from Polyvagal Theory, Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ecopsychology, and play therapy. I also have a therapy dog for animal-assisted therapy.
We live in challenging times; experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues is a normal, even healthy, response to the stressors and difficulties of life. Sometimes outside help is useful to achieve change; I welcome a conversation to see if we may be a good fit to work together. I have limited availability Tues-Fri and an open waitlist.
