In sessions, you will login to a space to talk about triggers that might remind you of traumatic events and allow you to discuss any struggles you have in building connection with yourself and others. I will work with you on how your beliefs about yourself impact your relationships and develop adaptive beliefs that help you foster intimacy with others.
Taking the step of contacting a therapist takes a lot of courage and responsibility and I want to walk alongside you through your journey.
