Hi! I am Leah Shrock, LCSW. As a licensed clinical social worker with five years of experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate their journey towards mental and emotional well-being. I specialize in working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and trauma. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and a deep respect for each individual's unique experiences. I believe in the power of a person-centered approach, where clients are empowered to drive their own therapeutic process.
However, I also draw from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). My philosophy centers on the belief that everyone possesses inherent strengths and resilience, capable of living fulfilling and meaningful lives.
My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore themselves, gain insight, and reclaim control over their lives. I am passionate about giving my clients a voice as we work towards unlocking your potential and fostering a greater sense of self-awareness and empowerment.
