Hello, my name is Dianira, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong passion for helping people find meaning and healing in their walk through life. I completed my undergraduate degree in 2010 from the University of Oregon and my master’s degree in counseling in 2015 from Northwest Nazarene University. My clients are individuals who desire a guide that can help them navigate through life's hardships. We work together to process through relationship issues, anxiety, depression, attachment concerns, life stressors, transitions, and more.
I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, faith-based therapy, play therapy and have a person-centered approach when helping clients. My goal is to provide every client with a safe place, free of judgment where they can unload and process through life, yet, leave with practical tools they can apply.
A healthy relationship between client and therapist is essential to the therapeutic process. Therapy can be intimidating and taking this step can be hard. I admire the strength and courage that my clients take to embark on this journey. I am currently available for consultations and accepting new clients with morning time availability.
