Trans Support Group {ONLINE}
This group is for anyone 18+ who identifies as Trans, including nonbinary, gender fluid, gender variant, and gender non-conforming individuals; additionally including those who are questioning their gender identity. Therapist and yoga teacher Kathleen Katsikeas will guide you through meditations and mindfulness practices, along with some gentle movement. This processing group is a brave space to talk through issues that come up when living in a cis-heteronormative society, and the obstacles & joys that come in gender expansive experiences. Caring for Caregivers: Virtual Support Group
This is a supportive space for those caring for a loved one, such as a parent, spouse, or chosen family. This group is designed for those that want to create time for their own needs, identities, & self-care, & build connections with others. Join an intimate group facilitated by Hannah Lee, LSW, to reflect & discuss issues such as burnout, sense of self, & self-compassion. Bi-weekly sessions will feature 45 minutes of group support, conversation, & reflection, followed by 15 minutes of gentle yoga or mindfulness practice. Group runs from September 11th - November 20th, every other Monday on Zoom.

Latina/Latinx Community Circle {ONLINE}
Biweekly Fridays, 3/1/24 - 5/10/24 - This is a virtual support group for adults who identify as Latina or femme Latinx individuals & are seeking a space to explore identity, receive support, & find community. We'll discuss topics such as: intersecting identities, navigating dual cultures, family dynamics, stereotypes & misconceptions, mental health, & self-care. The group will be facilitated by therapist Lauren Gestes, LCSW, who identifies as a second-generation Latina of bicultural background with roots extending to Mexico and Eastern Europe. Each session will offer the opportunity to share, give & receive support to group members, & a brief mindfulness exercise.
