I have many years of experience working with complex family dynamics in agency work. I became a counselor in order to provide services to individuals and families who needed help with their lives. I count it a privilege to work with clients and meet people in their hour of need and sometimes in their hour of desperation. One of my greatest strengths is helping you discover solutions amidst complicated and emotional challenges that are plaguing your life. I try to meet clients right where they are, and encourage them to see a better future for their lives and families.
I have a no-nonsense approach to counseling. When people come to my office they want to know how to make things better in their life. Many counselors don't offer much advice and just listen. I listen, but I also want to help you move towards the changes you desire in your life. I help people move towards their goals in practical ways, not just talk.

It is how we handle our angry feelings that can make all the difference between being healthy or unhealthy.
