The psychological approach and counseling interventions to be used are Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have the desire to integrate theories/strategies of psychology with Christian faith, if desired, or allow the client to determine what concentration of faith, if any, they prefer in the session.
