I enjoy helping informal and formal elder caregivers through the stress of their role. As a long distance caregiver, I understand the hardships of care giving, encourage education and help identify self-care practices that improve life for the caregiver and elder alike.
I also enjoy helping men identify their strengths, understand the importance of quality communication in relationships, deal with the impact of societal pressures and balance of quality home life with the impact of work stress.
