I believe we all know what’s right for us internally. Yet we fall off track and require support around accountability while we get back into alignment. Having someone to help hold you accountable, who listens to understand, challenges you, and offers advice that supports your goals and vision is helpful. I can offer all the above, and perspectives that may broaden your view. Yet I believe simple things like comedy, nature, meditation, community, self-reflection, creativity, goals and vision boards, just being, and the curiosity of life, cultures and people to be super effective tools on the journey.
It is important to see and understand you first. Though a continuous process this provides a framework of your values, goals and dreams. This understanding allows me to check in with you when it appears you're going off track from what's important to you. I lean on your tools as strength based and will provide tools I've found useful when needed.
