My practice is both in office and online - for people drawn to the immediacy and convenience of computer based counseling and regular office visits. I greet each client (or couple) as an individual with unique qualities - and I tailor our work to your specific traits and needs. The result: progress comfortably crafted for deep effect, highly personalized connectivity, clarity and growth. Trauma (PTSD, Complex PTSD, sexual addictions (internet/porn, acting out), substance abuse (alcohol/chemical dependency). I hold a special place in my practice for Wounded Warriors and Veterans/do best with highly motivated clients.
I have deep training in numerous trauma/addiction/couples applications (psychodynamic, CBT, EMDR and Gestalt) and have learned that amazing progress can be accomplished in these areas. I base my successes on deeply relational work, insight formation and healing approaches which emphasize mind/body/spirit attunement.
I'm a committed Christian practitioner/value God's unique place in our work space, yet I welcome members of all faiths and beliefs. I know that we can/will grow and learn together whatever our backgrounds.
