I am sensitive and aware of the fallout after the Covid lock down in addition to the many life challenges we face. With that, my practice focuses on several mental health issues, including most types of addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, anger management, school anxiety issues and lastly, finding meaning and purpose in your life.
Through my own personal work and emotional development, I have had a thought-provoking journey to get here with you today. I have extensive experience as a parent, sibling, entrepreneur, student coach, traveler, and educator, and will use every aspect of myself, along with my extensive counseling background, to help in your therapeutic journey.
