I actively work with children, adolescents and emerging adults. In sessions, I draw from a variety of techniques with a patient-centered approach, including: cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and acceptance commitment therapy. My passion for helping people find their true potential is fueled in my sessions. Uniquely, I am able to achieve this with my clients by taking a holistic approach through mindfulness and self-compassion with each patient.
I believe in the importance of creating a therapeutic space, that is free of judgement, where clients can comfortably express their vulnerabilities, process their experiences, and share their journey.
