Hi there, I'm Roman Coronado, are you feeling somewhat stuck in life? Thinking you are too hard on yourself, but also feeling tired of being burdened by the weight of feeling unhappy, unmotivated, or just excessively worrying. Are you struggling with your health, work, or relationship? I help individuals work through these challenges and help manage them whether it's anxiety, depression, or something else. I can understand that seeking therapy can seem scary, overwhelming, or even questionable, but you are making the right choice.
My goal is to empower my clients and offer them skills that will help them overcome the challenges they face, so they can live full and happy lives. I will provide a safe place for you to heal and grow. We'll use a whole self-approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit.
I also integrate mindfulness, and coping suggestions, and help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Common theoretical approaches I may frequently use can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I have also been trained to use the EMDR approach and may adjust my approach to meet your needs.
