I am a TX Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience working with diverse populations from age, ethnicity, depression, anxiety, community, schools, environmental/career changes, and social and emotional concerns. My counseling style believes I don't have all the answers as a therapist, but collectively with the client's help – We can get there! Hence, my therapeutic modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based, Christian Counseling, Culturally Sensitive, and Interpersonal therapy, to name a few.
I genuinely believe in the client's power. Therefore, as a therapist, I aim to connect with the client, work on objectives, and provide a space where the client feels fulfilled and empowered.
