I provide individual, couples and group psychotherapy to all ages in a nonjudgmental confidential environment using an eclectic therapeutic approach - treating a wide range of issues including mood disorders, addiction, marriage, trauma, grief, parenting/adolescent, spiritual and existential dilemmas. Through a compassionate collaborative process together we explore how thoughts and feelings provide opportunities to increase self-awareness, mindfulness, reduce anxieties, stabilize mood while increasing ability to effectively function.
