My approach is holistic health taking into account your mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being. My therapy methods are based on best evidence-based practices in the research and training of psychologists. I look forward to working with you towards your healing, growth, and wellness.
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) authorizes the practice of telehealth therapy across 28 state boundaries. I am a PSYPACT licensed psychologist which allows me to provide telehealth therapy to 39 states.
