I work with clients who may be struggling with things like ADHD, depression, anxiety, stress, and much more. I help my clients explore their challenges and guide them toward possible solutions that can turn their lives around. My goal is to make therapy personable and professional, which helps my clients feel comfortable. Many clients make exceptional progress within the first few weeks of treatment, which continues with continued weeks and months of therapy. After just four sessions with me, you will have tools under your belt to improve your life and a treatment plan to guide how therapy will affect your life moving forward.
The two primary therapy modalities I use with my clients are cognitive behavioral (CBT) and solution-focused (SFT). At the heart, my practice is based on problem-solving, acceptance, and education. During treatment with me, you will learn more about yourself and find the best ways to improve personally and interpersonally.
My passion is working with anyone willing to explore their problems and develop solutions collaboratively. I love helping clients explore their past and reach their full potential through acceptance and growth. I engage with clients in a way that helps them learn and allows them to feel as if they are talking to a peer.
