My goal and hope for any client I work with is that they leave each session with valuable takeaways while having a chance to process thoughts and emotions. I work collaboratively and actively with my clients to formulate a plan and find tools and healing that allows them to move forward. I work with clients who are trying to understand themselves, patterns, relationships and have struggled with things like anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and drinking, family, stages of life and uncertainty with the future.
I offer honest, direct feedback and encouragement in an empathic and compassionate way. I utilize different modalities and interventions to provide insight and interpretations. We will focus on aspects that may feel overwhelming and explore recurring themes, patterns or behaviors to identify opportunities for growth and change.
Life often brings challenges or hardships that eventually force us to confront and work through past and current experiences; but we all need support at times and do not have to do that alone. We will do this together so you can utilize new coping tools & skills and gain new insights into yourself that improve your mental health and wellness.
