I have experience working with LGBTQ+ couples and individuals, blended families, those processing the loss of a loved one, and those who have experienced trauma. Additionally, I have a passion for working with individuals who have felt misunderstood and those experiencing low self-esteem. I work with couples, families and individuals. Other commonly discussed topics include work stress, life transitions, anxiety and panic attacks, depression, and navigating open relationships.
My belief is that sessions fall into three broad categories - sharing days, action days, and a hybrid of the two. Together, we will establish a space for you to safely express your thoughts, interpret this information, and work on actions that lead to relief in your everyday life.
