You find yourself thinking "Too good to leave, too bad to stay". Relationship issues cause self-doubt, loneliness, sadness, and worry, causing you to feel alone. In therapy you are not alone. You can talk with someone who listens instead of giving advice. We listen without pushing decisions for you. Our wish is to join your quest for relationship healing - even if that means walking a difficult path. Solutions emerge as you explore problems in a safe place.
We have helped people work through some very difficult challenges: lack of emotional connection; lack of affection; a sense of being unsafe or not cared for; incompatibility; disagreements on how to raise children.  You may learn meditation to reduce worry and flashbacks. We also explore childhood memories. The past is not past if it troubles you now.
Your first appointment allows time for BOTH of you to voice questions and hurts. We will explore each person's history with trauma. The very first session sets a harmonious tone for our therapeutic relationship, a relationship in which both person face fears and then choose their path into the future.
