I am Rochelle, a licensed professional counselor in Columbus, Georgia. Over my career, I have worked with a diversity of clients. In my practice, I use an integrative therapy approach that combines person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and existential therapy techniques. Throughout my years as a counselor, it has been my goal to provide my clients with an environment that is friendly, supportive, and non-judgmental. Providing meaning and purpose to life's sometimes painful experiences is one of the keys to coping and healing.
The process of counseling can be beneficial in facilitating personal growth and assisting with resolving individual challenges. One of my greatest passions is working with people who wish to gain or regain their sense of security, stability, strength, and confidence.
