I’m Rochelle, a Licensed Professional Counselor In Training ( LPC-IT) and I would love to help you get to a place of self compassion, understanding, and a more fulfilling life! I treat a variety of concerns but especially enjoy working with clients who have ADHD, OCD, have experienced Trauma, Depression, and Anxiety.
I help individuals address areas of concern while working towards growth. I communicate in an attentive, supportive, compassionate, empowering, and non-judgmental manner while being authentic, direct, and transparent. I utilize validation and humor in therapy to foster connection and to create space for healthy, long-lasting change.
When a client begins counseling they want to enter a safe, non-judgmental, inclusive place where they feel comfortable to talk about difficult things. I strive to achieve that feeling for my clients.
