I use a varying approach to therapy including CBT which is great for changing negative thoughts and behaviors. I enjoy a comfortable and direct approach in order to help people deal with life's challenges. I am originally from the Boston area.
I am trained and well experienced in EMDR, which usually helps clients get "unstuck or speed up" therapy. EMDR treats various trauma including "smaller" traumas such as relationship losses and career issues that impact your daily functioning. It can help you to react in a healthier way when situations/people have significantly effected you.
