I utilize an empathic, strength based, person centered, goal oriented approach to address issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues, school/career issues, women’s issues, life transitions, parenting, and personal growth. I am also available for Brief Solution Focused work.
