My goal in therapy is to provide a safe comfortable space for YOU to process your story and its challenges, and then work together to improve your mental health and relationships.
I specialize in working with adults and teens to address struggles at school or home. I work with couples on marital issues and everyday life challenges with balancing work and family. I use an eclectic variety of therapeutic models like Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.
I love what I do. My passion is to help those who are hurting. I love connecting and providing a safe place for my clients.
