I am available Monday through Friday, 7 am - 4 pm. I specialize in assisting adults in navigating healing from depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, post-traumatic stress, trauma, grief, and maintenance counseling after treatment for eating disorders. I am genuine, empathetic, and accepting, and I appreciate diversity.
