I help adults, teens, and parents move through painful challenges and learn how to improve their relationships with themselves and others. Together, we will work to understand patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and their underlying root causes, so that they can be disrupted and replaced by self-compassion and intentional choices and actions.
My passions and specialties include helping adolescents and adults alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression, working with women to process grief associated with reproductive challenges, and coaching parents to find effective strategies to engage with their children.
I believe in taking a collaborative approach to therapy so that your needs and preferences are prioritized. In our sessions, we will dedicate time to identifying a focus for treatment and discussing your personal goals. We will regularly review progress towards your goals and reflect on our relationship and how therapy is working for you.
