As an attachment therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and couples heal from past trauma and improve their relationships. My approach is rooted in empathy, as I believe that creating a safe and nonjudgmental space is crucial for healing and growth. Drawing from the Polyvagal theory and attachment theory, I use a variety of of techniques to tailor treatment to your personal experience.

As a Certified EMDR Clinician, trained in Brainspotting, and EFT, I use a unique blend of attachment, brain based and somatic approaches to help people untangle trauma, restore relationships, and learn to love and care for themselves.

I approach therapy with empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their experiences and emotions. My goal is to support clients in creating lasting, positive changes in their lives and relationships.
