I am flexible in my treatment approach, because I know every person has different needs. I use many tools and skills to help the individuals who work with me.
Sometimes it is important to understand how past relationships and situations affect your current life. Sometimes it is helpful to work on skills that reduce the negative effects of strong emotions. Other times examining current relationship patterns are necessary.
