I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD and relationship issues. I have advanced training and experience assessing and diagnosing ADHD as well as specific expertise in identifying complex presentations of ADHD that may have been overlooked or misinterpreted in women. After years of working with people with ADHD, I can understand how difficult it can be to feel that you function differently in a world that can often feel one-size-fits-all. My practice focuses on finding the right approach for each individual, potentially drawing on a variety of modalities such as talk therapy, CBT and ADHD coaching.
I provide therapeutic support for work challenges, executive functioning issues, low confidence, depression, anxiety, and social difficulties. I am trained in the unique experiences of women with ADHD, including changes during pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and menopause. I also provide support for people who have children and partners with ADHD.
