I use a non-judgmental and person-centered approach to create a safe space for you to be able to explore the root of your trauma, with curiosity and compassion.
As a Certified Trauma Professional, I offer a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and a Polyvagal Theory lens to help you discover your goals and how to reach them.
I am a Licensed Associate Counselor working as an independent contractor with Whole Self Healing of Arizona and currently being supervised by Susan Love, MS, LPC.
