Currently accepting new clients. 15+ years in private practice has given me the skills and experience to (actually!) be able to help anxious and depressed teens, young adults, and overwhelmed moms. If you or your teen are stressed, short fused, overwhelmed, anxious, worried, or dreading getting out of bed in the morning - working with me will help. Rather than feeling like you are drowning, our work together will help you feel like you can manage your life, your relationships, and help you move towards happiness, peace, and confidence.
I am a direct, authentic, experienced therapist. I empower individuals to develop practical skills for managing anxiety and stress, fostering a sense of inner stability as you navigate your life. My style is compassionate and engaged, I like to laugh and swear. I am not a "sit in silence until you talk" kind of therapist.
