Part of getting to know each other includes talking about the people, things, and events important to you, and experiences contributing to your current struggles. It will be helpful for us to talk about any past trauma and significant events in your life, in order to understand how they effect the way you think and feel about yourself and your relationships.
Along with seeing adults in private practice, I have provided individual and group therapy to college students in a university for over twenty-five years. I lead mindfulness groups and am certified as a trained teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion. I hold extensive experience in providing clinical supervision and consultation.
