General Psychotherapy Group

With up to 8 people in group, the goal is to be in the moment with other group members and to give and recieve feedback. Often it is difficult to notice our impact on others and group offers a clearer window into our thinking, feeling and behaviour. Relevant pieces of one's life, afford the opportunity to notice what is out of view in our interactions with others and our reactions to others.
