We specialize in mind/body healing for adolescents, college students, couples and adults of all ages. Whether your pain is coming from a broken heart from a relationship ending, complex trauma, death of a loved one, the loss of your career or income, overwhelming anxiety and depression, or a recent scary health diagnosis of high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, or chronic pain -we can help. All pain in the body has a mind/ body connection. But not all practices have mind/ body solutions to healing. We value the beauty and synergy of connection. Healing happens best when we use all of our senses to soothe and cope, face and share our feelings, move our bodies, fuel ourselves with healthy food, and fill our minds with positive imagery and to find a little bit of peace, even on our worst days.
