However, you are ready to give yourself a little attention and to see if you can respond to life in new ways to feel more alive, loved, and free.
I am here to offer a non-judgmental space for you to share what's hard, build off of what's already working, and try new techniques to feel better. I work with reflective, empathetic, and creative people (ages 18 and older) who identify as more sensitive and also struggle with people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and trauma.
My goal is to always meet you where you are at and make the therapeutic process as safe and accessible as possible. You don't have to keep beating yourself up for how you are showing up and continuing to feel overwhelmed. Together we can create a supportive process to help you heal and move forward.
