I work with adults (age 18+) to treat anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder and more. I understand how scary it can be reaching out for help and starting something new so I strive to create a warm, relaxed, and nonjudgmental approach to treatment. I use an integrated approach that draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and internal family systems (IFS).
