I am a therapist who has been practicing for over 20 years. I have experience with children, teens and adults. I am trained in trauma and EMDR. In addition I have worked within the foster/adopt system, anxiety, anger management, depression, and life transitions such as divorce, death etc. I start with the goals you identify, and if you don’t know where to start because you are feeling overwhelmed, we start there. My goal is always to promote growth in individuals.
I am trauma trained and generally use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which is not at all as scary as it sounds.I look forward to helping you identify your goals, finding a place of balance and overcoming challenges that are getting in the way of you moving forward.
