I am a practitioner of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). This therapy has shown remarkable results for clients who suffer traumas stemming from abuse, violence, fear, and loss. Sessions run between 60 and 90 minutes. The type of problem, life circumstance , and amount of previous trauma will determine the number of sessions.
