I am here to help! My specialties include working with ADHD, depression, anxiety, general life stressors, and perfectionism. I work with ages 15-50 and enjoy helping people feel more connected with life. We are all wired to change and grow. But sometimes we get stuck in old patterns and beliefs that keep us from realizing the fullest expression of ourselves.
I am dedicated to helping my clients lead more fulfilling and successful lives by providing them with the tools and support they need to overcome their challenges. In my work, I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and will incorporate art into my therapy.
