Hi! I’m Robin Maier—mother, friend, therapist. My practice centers on women’s mental health. I provide integrated therapies for ADHD, depression and all aspects of pregnancy and motherhood, including prenatal anxiety, postpartum depression, infant care, miscarriage and loss. I also provide life-coaching on healthy living, parenting, relationships and weight issues. The challenges we face in various stages of life change along the way. Speaking with an objective, caring person is a gift we give ourselves.

Through a variety of therapeutic approaches, I can help you examine your life, deal with grief and trauma, make positive choices, and find peace and clarity again.
I bring many years of experience to my practice, along with a true love for my work and a strong desire to help women create meaningful lives. My approach includes a combination of coaching, analysis, therapy—and yes, mothering—my four children taught me more than formal education alone ever could have!
