Are you overwhelmed and not sure what to do next? I am here to help. I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience, providing therapeutic services to adults and teens (14 and over). I offer insight-oriented psychotherapy along with other evidenced-based interventions tailored to meet your individual needs. My approach is empowerment-based, as I will help you to reconnect with your authentic self, rediscover your intuition and your own voice. My goal is to help you develop the courage to create a life that is more in tune with your values, beliefs and desires.
My areas of focus are eating disorders, body image difficulties, depression, anxiety, life transitions, infertility and sexual assault/sexual abuse. I am sensitive to the way these difficulties manifest in my clients as they navigate the world which places unrealistic expectations upon them.
