Welcome! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. Sometimes life can be tedious and we need someone to listen to our struggles and provide us a safe place to talk without any judgement. My goal is help you understand yourself better and collaborate on ways to work through your problems that are causing distress. I have worked with individuals to overcome and develop strategies to cope with PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, medical illness, cancer, addictions, divorce, and trauma.
As your therapist I strive to provide a safe space to explore problems, relationships, transitions, and past trauma. Together we can brainstorm strategies to resolve problems that may be result of incompatible thought patterns, behaviors, or unhealthy communication. I enjoy working with individuals and families.
