In addition to treating anxiety, depression, grief, and other issues, I specialize in working with those who have experienced trauma. I also work with couples. I work from an attachment focus, with my therapy of choice Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). the gold standard for couples therapy. I also treat trauma using EMDR.
