Sometimes overwhelming challenges or changes can feel as though they’ve taken over our lives. All too often, rather than seeking the compassionate care we deserve, we try to bear the weight of our circumstances alone, which can lead to compounding feelings of self-doubt, fear, and isolation. I draw from a broad range of therapies to help heal the parts of you that are in pain. My integrative approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). With these proven methodologies in my toolkit, I collaborate with you to make meaningful change.
I offer expertise working with those who struggle with depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+ and transgender issues, addiction, PTSD, and ADHD. I work with women during pregnancy and postpartum, and people coping with parenting, elder caregiving, or grief. I also offer a unique lens to common challenges faced by creative people.
