As a family systems trained therapist, I view all of my clients through the lens of Systems Theory and their Family of Origin. In addition, I draw from other therapeutic modalities in my work including: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment-Based Family Therapy, & Narrative Techniques.
I am a licensed clinical social worker and received post graduate training in marriage and family therapy at the Council for Relationships. I have also been an adjunct faculty member at Temple University. I enjoy and am experienced in working with individuals and couples of diverse backgrounds.
