I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with adults and teens experiencing issues including trauma recovery, depression, anxiety, grief, life changes, and substance abuse.
I utilize a solution-focused and person-centered approach through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
